Mental health education will be delivered weekly in person with virtual follow up for the group. Mental health topics will follow a monthly format to match the seasonal goals of physical programming and life as well.
Mental health concerns are rising, and services are lacking. Therefore, integrating a focus on mind and body together is at the core of this hybrid wellness model. By bringing both worlds together – help provided by a certified specialist in the physical workout world and a focus on mental health provided by a licensed mental health professional is both timely and essential.
