Physical Workouts:
Classes occur at 5 a.m., 6 a.m. (all weekdays), 9 a.m. and Noon (M,W, & F), 5 p.m. (Tuesday open gym), 6 p.m. (M & W). and 7 a.m. on Saturdays.
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (at all all classes available) we have a coach leading the workout.
On Tuesday and Thursday mornings we use a program that has been designed and uploaded by a coach to the app that informs and connects our members (no coach on site).
On Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings there is an open gym for continued application of the focus from the week’s trainings (no coach, but members can still gather together).
Mental Health Component:
Every weekday, there is engagement from a mental health professional on behalf of AWS members. The chart shown above describes how each day includes a mental health focus.
The highlight of the week is an on site presentation at the gym location for 10 to 15-minutes on Wednesdays just prior to each workout class time. The topic is related to the monthly focus that has been established and is lead by a licensed mental health practitioner.
